Unlike many other academic and professional institutions, the Institute does not emphasize acquisition of theory and conceptual knowledge as an end. Instead, the Institute's methods stress the development of skills and attitude to put acquired knowledge into practice and to leverage on experience. The learning processes at the Institute reinforce individual study with class and small group work using participative and inter - active methods.

Performance Standards

Consistent with other leading professional institutes at national and international levels, each Post-Graduate Program maintains demanding standards of conduct and performance from students throughout the program. Students are expected to behave like trainee professionals inside and outside the Institute. The Students must be available for active participation in all academic and professional activities of the institutes. 85% regular attendance by a student is required at all such activities for the award of a Diploma of the Institute approved by AICTE and recognized by AIU as equivalent to a degree of a recognized university in India.

Students are expected to perform at a very high level under the extreme conditions caused by work pressure and personal challenge. The students will be exposed to the continuous and constant challenge of implicit and explicit performance feedback from the faculty. These performance standards to be observed by the students are essential to ensure that the Institute's Diploma Program retain the full recognition from the industries and business organizations in which our students will finally be employed as business executives. The Institute does not believe to award a formal recognized qualification to the students on paper from an affiliate body but would like to see to it that to the industries and business organizations our students product is acceptable on account of their maintained/ observed high performance and academic standards during the tenure of the Program.
